Placement Support System

Actions taken for the students of the department who are going to appear in campus placements drives

● Trimentoring sessions are conducted for the students where Industry person, Academic person and Alumnai share their views and experiences.

● Mock interviews are arranged for all students by the departmental faculties. The objective is to make students accustomed with the environment - to help them to prepare answers for some tricky Technical/HR questions.

● Mock online aptitute and coding tests are conducted by the the professional bodies.

● Help students to build up their CV more attractive and informative.

● Aptitude classes are organized from the 2nd year onwards such that the students get enough time to practice and build up confidence in placement drive as well as various competitive exams like CAT etc.

● For enhancing the software skill and help students to crack IT companies' drive, important papers like JAVA, Python, IOT, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence etc. have been introduced in the curriculum.

● Students are encouraged to prepare for competitive exams like GATE, CAT, UPSC. Autonomous syllabus has been made keeping in mind those exams. Also special classes arranged for needy students.

● Classes like Essential Studies for Professionals (ESP) and Skill Development Program (SDP) are practiced from the 1st year onwards which helps to enhance students' placement capabilities.
